Estacado Realty Group takes its name from the Llano Estacado, the caprock country this corner of Texas sits on. We are based in Lubbock and we work like it: plain talk, straight answers, and people who pick up the phone.
The residential team helps buyers and sellers with homes in Lubbock and across the South Plains. Estacado Farm & Ranch, formerly Estacado Land Co. and part of Estacado Realty Group, handles farm, ranch, and land sales across Texas, from irrigated Lubbock County farmland to Hill Country and South Texas acreage.

Clayton “CJ” DeHaan
Clayton DeHaan is a West Texas land man and co-founder of Estacado Farm & Ranch, part of Estacado Realty Group, where he specializes in the sale, acquisition, and enhancement of farm, ranch, and development properties across Texas.
With a hands-on approach and a commitment to doing right by every client, Clayton walks landowners through each step of the process, whether they are selling a generational property or preparing land for future growth. His work is rooted in purpose and driven by relationships.
Clayton also serves on the board of Disabled Outdoorsmen USA, a nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities experience the healing power of the outdoors. He remains actively involved in the mission and community it serves. Clayton studied at Texas Tech and graduated from The University of Texas at Austin.
